Phase 3:
Deadline for returned deposits and signed estimates is December 31, 2011
Estimated date for installation: April/May 2012 (After Ski Season)
If you wish to take your existing items or have them donated please have them removed by
March 31, 2012. Please let us know in advance so that we can make a note to leave them for you.
Living Room Furnishings:
Removal of remaining existing furnishings. Installation of new sofas, lounge chairs, ottomans, accent pillows, entertainment centers, end tables, cocktail tables, etc. Note: The desk is being omitted and the lounge chair and end table will be moving to the current desk location for a better room layout.
Bedroom Furnishings:
Removal of remaining existing furnishings. Installation of new headboards, night stands, benches, wardrobes, credenzas, entertainment centers, etc.
Dining Furnishings:
Removal of remaining exsting dining furnishings. Installation of new dining table and chairs.
Artwork:
Old artwork will be removed. New artwork will be installed. Artwork will be Northern Michigan photography that will be on canvas and gallery wrapped. It will not have glass or frames. Our intention is to provide unique photography that will resist fading, can be cleaned easily and will have a simple and clean Northern Michigan appearance.
Draperies:
New draperies and pull-wands will be installed at this time. We are working to make sure that we find extra-long pull-wands for the draperies as the existing wands are too short.
Miscellaneous:
Installation of any remaining miscellaneous items, accessories, etc.
