Phase 1 Updates have been completed for a majority of the owners. If you were not included in these updates please contact us for additional details and estimates. We will happily work with you bring your condo up-to-speed.
Mattresses:
Simmons Premium Hospitality grade mattresses and foundations. No-Flip construction, Individually wrapped coils (980-Queen, 1260-King).
Bedding:
Custom fabricated for Cedar River Lodge, durable, flame retardant hospitality-grade bedding. This bedding is washable in hotel laundry systems. Includes: Coverlet/Bed Blanket, Dust Ruffle, Bed Scarf & 2 Pillow Shams per bed.
Televisions:
New flat screen LED/LCD wall mounted televisions in living rooms and bedrooms
