Please note that the Cedar River Lodge update is an ongoing program that is estimated to be completed Summer 2012. With that, pricing, items and scheduling are subject to change. We are basing our designs on current availability and pricing.
Depending upon the extent to which you elect to update your condominium will determine your actual individual pricing. Please read the page "Basic Updates vs. Full Upgrades." Please know that all 3 themes are comparable in pricing. One theme is not nessarily cheaper than any other. We anticipate that all 3 phases will price comparably in the once completed. For example, while bedding in theme "A" the lighting in theme "B" may cost less and the furniture in theme "C" may cost less. Therefore, please choose a theme based on your personal preference, not initial pricing.
We are working hard to provide you with the best possible pricing, quality and interior possible. We continue to research the best solutions for Cedar River Lodge. With that, we have selected electronics, furnishings and treatments based on our extensive hours of research.
If you elect not to particpate in any of the 3 themes that we have created and would like a custom interior, please contact us for details. Your selections will be priced accordingly.
